Wren

Wren is a tiny robin with a very big song.
He sings at sunrise, at sunset and at most of the moments in between. To Wren, every new morning is something worth noticing — even when the rest of the woodland is too worried to look up.
Wren does not pretend that difficult things are not difficult. He simply has a remarkable ability to notice what is still there alongside them: a patch of sunlight between the trees, the first flower after winter, or a song waiting to be sung.
When others can see only what has gone wrong, Wren often spots the small thing that has not.
His gift is not telling everyone to cheer up.
It is reminding them that darkness and beauty can sometimes exist in the very same place — and that noticing one does not mean ignoring the other.
Sometimes hope begins with something as small as lifting your head long enough to see the light.
When everyone else sees darkness, Wren still notices what is beautiful.
